    That's something that bothers me!

I usually only play football (soccer) but when I'm in the US, I have no opportunities at all!

    And that's where I am! :(

Any DP soccer players in/around Boston?

I miss playing so much, I can't wait to go back to Europe for some time!

And I can exercise only chasing a ball, not running or exercising in a gym, no fun! :)

UCA lift weights it's tons of fun.
Pick up some extra's like a Head Harness 'people call me special when I use mine :p' and a good Dip Belt some gloves, possibly a belt, maybe even some straps and you're good to go!

I average about four minutes per day.

I thought I was out of shape but this past weekend I ran 5 miles on the beach in 95* heat...barefooted! I finished in well under an hour and didn't pass out.

About an hour sometimes 2 hours if im bored. I usually walk alot and lift weights when im bored. I also have to fight my dogs to feed them so i guess that's a workout. Today i had to clean my basement which was a workout.

it has always been, the difference being for it to qualify as 'exercise' you need to walk at least 23.88miles

30 seconds is ok - just means you have to do it 40 times a day to make your 20 minute quota.
