Do you cry when you are sad or does crying make you sad?

    Er... I can't say I've ever cried for the sake of crying. So crying does not make me sad. I also rarely cry when I'm already sad - it has to be quite emotionally displeasing for me to cry. However, I do get choked up - especially in sad movies *tear*.
