I'm just curious to hear others thoughts and opinions. Ever since I was a kid (before I heard of adsense,ad revenue, etc.) I never clicked on ads. I could always tell they were ads, and since they never produced the results I wanted I never used them. I have always been able to differentiate a parked page from a real page, and always left it. Anyone else?
I had ignored them until i started running adsense, now I find myself looking at them and sometimes seeing an offer i want to click on, and i do so. I think their must be a subset of people who do click on them naturally, or I wouldnt keep getting payed by Google.
I've never been ad clicker myself, even before I knew about Adsense. I just don't like the idea of giving others money. Call me selfish, but hey, I'm also saving the advertisers' money as well.
well them i hope i dont clickon any of your ads. i tihnk we should click on peoples ads to help them out. common now how cares about 5 cents here and there?
I only click on ads that genuinely interest me and I really examine the ad to see if I think it's going to be a junk site or not. However, I do find I'm somewhat ad blind most of the time - habit from ignoring my own! lol Lisa
Yeah, if they're intresting and they apply to what I'm after or doing, I'll click them, otherwise nope.
I always copy and paste the URL text below the link if I'm interested in an ad. I like to stay neutral in the matter. I get to the site I wanted to go to, and the advertiser doesn't have to pay for it. However, if it's picture ad I'm interested in, I'll probably just click it due to laziness. I've always been one of those people who never clicks on ads since I don't want to pay anyone. It's more or less spireful, but I can't help it. I never even knew what happened when you clicked on an Adsense link until I saw my sister do it on her computer (I had been running Adsense for nearly 8 months).
I've never clicked on any ads yet as I can remember and I always encourage people not to click on featured ads
Yesss!!! Only during searching for a specific items because new sites may have very good info about the specific item...
That's still click fraud, bro. I don't click an ad unless I like it or I accidentally clicked it, which does happen.
It's not a common thing to click an ad for me. I do click Adwords ads, if I don't see anything that comes up in the organic searches.
