As long as it goes as freeware and fit's my needs, I don't. I pay for my company's software though. It's not a lot, because I found some great deals, but still, it counts.
I usually use free trail version software. The main reason is that I do not have enough money for this.
Don't think I ever payed for software. So far, I've been able to get away with freeware. I do use some payed proprietary software, though.
I also pay for antivirus and am more than happy to pay for it. For this I have access to an IT 24 hours a day.
Yes, I did. When in college, I didn't and alway looks for freebies or open source. However, getting older, feel like worth paying to save time and get better support, recently I purchased screenflow. 100% happy. I know I can get it for free but just not worth my time now. hope that helps.
@Spoiltdiva which antivirus software u pay for? I am on Mac world, I always feel its not required for Mac users. Not sure if its still the case now. what's your suggestion?
I am an Android developer, I want customer buy my app but I don't want to pay for any, hehe The idea is find a free software first, if you can't, use a paid product with a crack.
