There is life on other planets in other solar systems or galaxies may be. The fact is they are hardly ever revealed by media, even though they have certain proofs. Regarding intelligence standard, its obvious that they must be having bigger active brain.
Does bacteria fall under flora or fauna? Either way it is still some form of life, which I think is likely to exist/or have existed elsewhere .
