Whats your views.. I recently found a web hosting review site which the owner wants to sell his website. alreadyhosting.com He claims that the site has been online for a couple of months and has already accomplished many goals that other sites take years to achieve. The first month brought in roughly $2000 in income; in July we have brought in $4100. The website alexa rank is 491,302 but its google pagerank is only 1. I would like to know where from he brings those targeted visitors and generate commission as his website pagerank is only 1 none of his keyword brining him on top in the search engines. Please... share your expertise what sources he has used for earning $4100 a month and brought targeted traffic to his site. Analyze... www.alreadyhosting.com and thats where he is selling the site: www.websitebroker.com/site-details-999952928.html Thank you..
I think this is your site my friend as the whois info for alreadyhosting.com is identical to the whois for domains in your sig !!!! HAHAHAHA....Gotcha
Self promote your own site than asking people how your site had received a traffic and earned some amount of money make you look totally an idiot.
Hmm, hard to tell. I did a quick search and see that this month he has got over 10,000 unique visitors. So it is possible. Depending on which affiliates he is making the money on. The site is filled with affiliates so no matter who purchases what, he gets paid. I know Hostgator has a program is you get like 20+ signups per month, you get around $125 per sign up. Thats allot money. here take a look at the statsaholic traffic report statsaholic.com/alreadyhosting.com
He is not self promoting I can assure you that because it is my website.... If you are honestly interested in purchasing the site all you have to do is ask and I can send you proof of earnings and this thread would not even be necessary... Even though it has sent a lot of extra traffic my way
Targeted traffic? Easy... If I were him, I'd ask one of my friends to post in webmaster forums (example: DP). Ask this question to forum members: "Do you believe this site is earning $X per month? Having PR Y" (X and Y are arbitrary numbers I choose to attract people's attention) In the post, include a link to the forum (and optionally, the sales page). Oh and since it is my friend who asked the question, it doesn't count as "self-promoting". My friend asked the question; not me. That is one easy way to get targeted traffic. Attract webmasters -> put a link -> targeted traffic For this method to work, you MUST ask your friend -- don't do it yourself, or it will count as self-promotion!

Err.... ok, I will revise my method: You can create a new account at DP and then pretend that you are the site owner's friend! Remember to clear your browser cache and use a proxy -- otherwise DP mods will be able to track you.
Hey Friends think always twice before you post such comments [no offense] the whois data you have shown is completely correct, however this doesn't mean that alreadyhosting.com is my site because Hostmonster.com is a big shared hosting company and hosting over 350,000 domains would you say all these domains are mine. In fact the whois data you are checking is hosmonster.com data not webhostingyes or alreadyhosting.com hey dynashox now you better know who is an idiot. Again to remind you... alreadyhosting.com is not my website if you still in doubt you may call right now... hostmonster.com and find it out that if our real addresses are the same or not. I just wanted you to share your expertise with us, sadly i did not think i would get these kind of replies..
whoIS whoAINT makes no difference lol I like the site's design which is what the OP asked opinions on...
Page rank is highly overrated anyway. I know plenty of people who make a lot of money on the Internet and don't even know what their page rank is. There is more to Internet marketing than just looking at how Google views your website.
My partner and I have a website, oslar.com (oceans, streams, lakes and rivers). We have added a spin off site, lnr.oslar.com, (lakesandrivers.oslar.com). It covers mostly fresh water fishing, mainly bass. We are a fishing website and we put on fishing tournaments. Currently we have around 15,000 unique visitors per month. We would like to sell ad packages to sponcers of our sites and tournaments but don't know how much to charge. Example, Penn reels, Zebco, auto dealers, boat dealers, tackle stores, etc. We have a four man bass fishing team outfitted with Gemini shirts and hats that display sponcers. Their boats will have wraps with logos of sponcers. The sponcers will have a choice of packages to pick from. Our best package will offer front page ad space on oslar.com and on our new site, lnr.oslar.com, with links. Product reviews, booths at four tournaments, and tournament coverage with quality photos from a professional photographer. They will also have their logos on the shirts, hats and boats. The shirts and hats are great advertisement tools. The boats, with the wraps, are even better. Every where they fish they will be advertising for the sponcers and our site. Does anyone know a good starting price. We do not want to start low, but we don't want to price ourselves out of contention. We would appreciate some input. Thanks! Frank
