Always been there. There is a piece of Satan in every one of us. Just that it is more dominant in some people.

Satan is already here amongst us. Read Revelation 12:7-9. He was cast out of heaven back around 1914. However, he has always been around, even before he became known as Satan. He had a major responsibility of looking after the earth and it's occupants before he deceived Eve and slandered God.
