    I only partly believe in luck.
    Why partly? Well, you have to be prepared to make anything out of it.
    Luck is chance and hard work.

    One of my old bosses I met by chance in a seminar. - Chance
    I had taught myself coding and HTML and usability principles before. - Hard work

    The "good luck" - a well paying job - could only be achieved by chance AND hard work.

    Or to state it differently - 25 other people met the guy on that day. Only I was approached by him with an offer.

    Hard work in one thing and it’s best way to do things right, but yet, there is such thing as luck. You need that “something” called luck for everything in your life.

    I believe as well in this theory...but I wished so many times my dreams to come true...and they didn't. I wanted so much though...
    Now I'm a little bit scared to dream about something...;)
    I have to say I'm lucky...I survived from some tragic experiences, thank to God:)

    Yes, I believe in both good and bad luck.

    I also believe some people appear to be luckier than me but I don't let it bother me too much since other people appear to be unluckier than me. ;)
