Truth is no one knows for sure, not even scientists, there methods of measurement are unreliable and contain many attendant variables. However there are also scientist that believe the world is around 7000 years, and they come to these conclusions by studying population growth
How do you explain the findings of remains of dinosaurs, Mammoths and plants indicating a much higher age than 7k years?
If you ever have the time to read other books i can suggest some good reading for you on subjects like quantum physics, string theory, the big bang, worm holes, the fact that the universe is constantly expanding and other great stuff. Its fascinating and can clear up some confusion for you.

Each theory you mention has flaws which make it inaccurate, and knowing the theories are determined using flawed science, i think ill pass.
even if the big bang happened, even the smallest particle, atom or whatever caused the universe to be created had to come from somewhere.
