our forum has always had a "no proxy/anonymizers allowed" policy, but only recently after having some member troubles have we begun to enforce it..

Now that we're blocking (many but not all) proxies a few members have complained that they "have the right to connect from anywhere they want" .. i know that they only have the right to do what i say they can do on MY forum, but my question is:
Do you webmasters allow members to connect via proxies/anonymizers ?

I block troublemakers whether they proxy or not. I don't think a proxy alone justifies blocking. Many are at work and don't want bosses to see where they are going and some jobs block certain sites that their workers visit frequently.
