IE has always been the worst browser on the planet. Incompetent at best, it is always years behind all other browsers. There is nothing to like about IE. No one should be using it.

Internet Explorer is a bit of a nightmare when it comes to user interface. Unfortunately it is still a major browser and many people still do use it. So as web developers, cross-compatibility is vital for us so that we do not turn away any visitors. There are work arounds for most things so its just a matter of applying them until IE decides to move forward with the more modern web browsers.

Internet Explorer is a nightmare for developers, but not in these days. I remember versions 5 and 6 and these were really crazy. Internet Explorer 9 is ... lets say average browser these days :D and i like how people are migrating from IE9 to other browsers..

If coding for Internet Explorer isn't challenging enough for you, try to design newsletter templates for Outlook 2010.
Microsoft guys decided to use MS Word rendering for viewing HTML pages on Outlook 2010, while other e-mail clients were more focused on CSS3.
    How amazing!

Every website including the big ones (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) have CSS design features which don't work on IE. Microsoft is such a big company I don't see why they can fix this problem in a few days.

Agree. IE9 is better than the previous versions, as in not as disastrous. For this we can thank Mozilla.
