    Hi guys,
I would like to ask you if you do advertise within the content network, and if yes how does it work out for you?

    Many thanks

Too much fraud there. I usually only spend my meager advertising dollars on the search network.

I use Content Network, when only need traffic (not for affiliates) because my experience tells that content network just don't convert too much (for me 0%)

when I open a new site I use low budget for content network. But as said above, there are a lot of fraud, you need to be carefully blocking some sites URL and check your reports everytime.

I tried the content network and I was having something like a 0.003% CTR. I was getting 3 - 5 times the amount of traffic from the search network so decided to just use that as I know that it's likely to convert better aswell.

I do occasionally use Google Adwords content network, but I don't worry too much about clicktthrough rate as low CTR is the nature of it. Rather focus on conversion rate and ROI.

I test it on every account that I set up. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I've even got a couple of accounts where Content works and Search doesn't...

put your content bids low like 0.10 or 0.05 and so you don't get click-fraud so much!
