Do Yahoo Publisher Network Lie?

    Now I have heard of many many bannings of members in this forum. And many times have I heard the line "We have refunded amounts generated from the non-U.S. users and otherwise invalid clicks to our advertisers." placed in YPN banning emails.

    Now is there ANYONE out there who has actually recieved a refund from YPN?

    You'll have to ask advertisers that question. I doubt that they would rip-off their advertisers, that's just my opinion though.
