Do Yahoo and MSN PPC Advertising have Quality Score?

    Do Yahoo and MSN PPC Advertising have Quality Score?

    Can I send traffic straight to my opt-in page without being affected by quality score rating like Google?

    No, Yahoo and Adcenter does not do quality scoring. They both are more lenient when it comes to content.
