Do we really need META keywords?

I still believe meta keywords can be a little help for all websites or blogs, just in case. It's part of the on-page optimization that we ever need to rank our keywords for our websites higher in Google.

 

There is no value of Meta Keywords according to major search engine...

 

If you need visitor by google than you need must need meta tag.

 

Meta Keywords are not much Important These Days.

 

Topics like this are always interesting to discuss, this is indeed a dilemma, in fact meta-keywords are not noticed by the Search Engine, but the blog software like wordpress still meyertakan meta-keywords and meta-description. So what are the benefits of meta-tags at this time?

I heard rumors saying tht Meta Keywords is no longer the thing as most ppl spend too much time spamming on it. I guess, you can still try with and without keywords and compare the result.

Its a heart of SEO, without description google algorithm ca'nt fatch your URL in searching.

 

They have definitely dropped in importance but there is no harm in adding them anyway.

 

Keyword tags are useless for starters. That is common knowledge and has been for years. But, Nathan is accurate. It won't hurt anything.

That is not a meta tag, it is a page attribute.

Placing Meta Keywords for a blog post increase the visibility/hearing of opinion/views of the blog poster, better. I definitely recommend this.
