Do we really need a group of customer support?

    When coming to the support of our product, do we need to have a team of customer support? Any comments?

    That would all depend upon what you are selling and the likelihood of your customers having questions and concerns or needing help to use/understand your product. No one can answer those questions but you.

    For long term branding, yes you need it. However, if your business basically depends upon "once in a lifetime" sort of customers, you can compromise with it a li'l bit.
