Do we actually need separate Adsense accounts for different websites?
Since we take adsense account, we apply for a domain. So, can we use it for others?

I have an account with my one year old site: www.oraclepassport.com
Can I use the same adsense for my new one? www.divewebb.com?

Why i got this question is, my second site is having an Alexa rank of 280K, which is a decent traffic. But my Ad earnings are very low. I doubt that it is because I am using the same Ads with the same publisher Ids of that i am using in www.oraclepassport.com and thus my EPM and EPC are less...

Anyone have any idea? Is my assumption wrong?

    No, you don't need that.
Your earning low maybe caused the advertiser that bid for your keyword isn't high or it also caused because smart price from google, which is click from premium country will higher than other country and maybe almost your click isn't from premium country. CMIIW.

This is something that many people fail to do and so get caught up come time when they are asked how much each site has earned.

When creating the ads you will be asked for a channel name, simple create a new channel with a name that references to your site and then select that channel.

You will then get the same account used but it will separate the stats for you.

Google allow only one account and you don't need to have separate adsense account.
you can submit your ads for your all sites
i have 4 sites and i use only one adsense account

Having 2 Adsense accounts is against the rules.
All websites that follow the Google Adsense ToS can host your ads.

use the same adsense account for as many sites as you want. Just remember to set the channels to differentiate different websites

nope you dont need 2 accounts.
you can think about getting a second account under a company name or something once you ramp up and get above the 100 site mark.

that's not the reason of the adsense account but the place where you display the ads or the content only matched low price keywords? what's the epc of the new site?

One more question. Does putting Ads from Different Adsense channels (from the same account) have any effect on EPC and EPM? Or its all the same?

This is correct. You have to have 1 account. Thats what setting up channel and analytics is for.
