    Hi
politics all over the world have seemed to become more and more extreme or ineffectual?
Should we question everything they say? I really do not have any faith in anyone in a position of power anymore.

Yes you need faith, it's gonna take a lot of irrationally blind thinking to vote them in, so faith is a must.

It is all about who really cares for us (the American people) and who cares for us (the world). So many catholics voted for john mccain because of Obamas pro abortion stance. Yet they didnt seem to mind Mccain sending off our soldier for another 100 years into that bs of a war in iraq . Is the life of a baby worth more then the life of a soldier? I say they are both special.
This is why i voted for the good doctor Ron Paul.
I dont care what religions a politician is as long as he truely cares for his fellow Americans and his fellow human beings around the world.

I don't think the question was about religion so much as believing politicians will do what they promise they will do. Also about politicians not going to Washington and becoming a lobbyist fed wart on the ass of our economy. To believe any of that takes a LOT of faith in my opinion.
