Do Virtual Hosts allow proxies.

    By Virtual Hosts, do you mean VPS's?

    Some do, some don't. You'll need to check the Terms of Service.

    most of the VPS dont allow..but some do..and those that do..they dont allow high CPU resource using ones..and you could end up being banned

    dedicated..is the way to go..

    Yeah you are right dedicated is the right option for proxy hosting.

    Or you can also go for hosts specializing in proxy hosting.
