I have a few .US domain names and I'm curious about their re-sale value: bigprofits.us jfkjr.us justmoney.us majornews.us headlinestories.us placesintown.us lotterymillions.us They're not developed and they've been around since December 2005 and they expire in a year from now (December 2009). They're registered with NameCheap. I'm thinking about possibly unloading these and selling them off. Can I get some opinions about what the market value might be for these domains? Cheers
Frankly, it's hard to offload .us names unless they sound unique. Domains like cantbeat.us, cantsee.me (whoever owns them) would attract more attention and therefore have salability value. Of the ones you have, justmoney.us & majornews.us stand out for me.
thanks for the input natj.... so, what do you think justmoney.us and majornews.us would fetch (in your opinion, $ wize)?
.us domains have generally had poor sales - even the highest selling ones of all time didn't sell off at huge prices.
Yes.. .US sales have indeed been very poor..I think they only made some money post its launch..after that it has been very slow..
Thanks everybody... So, can you give me an idea of what to expect on the list of .US domains I've indicated above? How much do you think I can get for them?
ah, ic... ok, thanks guys! The only 1 word domain is jfkjr.us - what do you guys think that would fetch?
Don't worry, I've wasted many hundreds of dollars on .us's through the years, especially when it was first released
