    /book-store/ is your best option as the hyphen is seen as a space.

    The second is best, in English. Don't put spaces in URL's, that will just confuse people trying to type. having a: '-' will tell the se's that there are two keywords in there: book and store.

    Just ignore it. Google advise to use the hyphen (2nd option).

    they are authority sites. anyway they are prefered by search engines. pl dont compare with them.

    "_" also separates two words but "-" is more user friendly.
