    I had to start to save electricity because the monthly bill was to high ...and I started to turn off the lights and change the normal bulbs with economic bulbs. This ways helped me to save money

    My government closes electricity supply for many few hours almost daily so electricity is also saved

    If you ask me truely then no. I am right now in closed room with Air Conditioner On. I can save electricity by opening window.

    I try and shut the lights in any room that is not being used, I also bought nightlights for the kids so no main lights need to be left on all night. Other than that I don't really do much but I am always aware I need to do more.

    We do save electricity. I don't leave my monitor on standby mode and we see we have our A/C set on timer. That way, not only we help conserve energy, but also, we save money paying the bills

    well, i think it's very important to save electricity for a better tomorrow...:)

    But, i have not taken conscious steps in saving electricity, but from now on i will...:cool:

    I try to save. If I don't turn off my computer when I leave it, I turn it on standby, or at least turn off the monitor and speakers. I try to turn the lights off when I leave a room unless it's very briefly, and I try to turn the lights out when my mom wanders around the house leaving them on. :rolleyes:

    I wasn't aware that I was saving electricity, until I compared with some colleagues and it turns out that they're using almost double as much as I do. So I must be doing something good.:)
