I never have and never will they do not deserve it

It depends, if I have something to give then why not?

But, if I don't have anything, then I won't.

If you mean homeless yes I have done it before. Bough the guy food instead of giving him money though, which he would probably spend on drugs.

 

Yes I would extend my hand as much as I can afford.

 

Usually, when I can afford it and they agree, I will purchase them a meal. Often here a beggar is homeless because of an addiction, thus if you just hand them money they will more often than not spend it on the drug of their choice than they will to help their condition.

I have bought coffee, Whoppers, etc. for the homeless, but I do not give them cash as it contributes to their problem rather than works to alleviate it.

I will give if i have something to offer that is not a problem from me, but i will not give money.. I will give food if i have., cause if we give money sometimes they buy a cigarrate...

It depends. If I see an old-aged individual unable to care for themselves, with disabilities, I mean those genuinely deserve, I don't mind giving some money to help them.

 

It's a hard one cos there are so many con artists out there. I have given food before and sometimes money but I'm becoming more and more skeptical so now just food

Most of them are false beggars . So I seldom give them a penny .

 

I will give alms to beggars if they are very poor and in a pathetic condition. But most of the seemingly pathetic and poor people are richer than most of us. Differentiate them and help only the needy...

 

Only if they are already old. I don't give to those who are still able to look for a job.

 

I do give the ones who really need it. I hate the fake ones who are just lazy... But the ones really in need, I give them.

 

Frankly the answer is no. Because i believe the phrase "as you show so shall you reap". The beggars are beggars because they deserve that except few exception.
