CSS - Cascading Style Sheets - it lets you put design elements for all your site that can be easily used in every page. RSS - it's feed where you can syndicate part of your content to other sites or RSS readers
508 - An abbreviation of the Section 508 statute of the americans with Disabilities Act that mandates baseline requirements for commercial U.S. Web sites in order for people with certain disabilities to use those sites at all. It's a pretty poor standard, but better than nothing, and there are possible legal ramifications for non-compliance, though lawsuits thus far have been rare (though AOL got hit with a doozy). AAA - The most stringent level of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines compliance a site can reach. A and AA are the other two levels. 100% of all sites should at least be A. I'd say 95% of the Internet could be AA without making any compromises to current look/feel/functionality. AAA is pretty tough, but doable, with a little compromise at times.
