Why would anyone get sued for registering a domain name? if i feel like registering Yahoo . asia dot anything i have all the rights to. Anyway why on earth did you not register that domain and post here? I just saw this thread i would for sure get it , if they would let me register it. The other day i saw myspace.pl for sale at namepros and dns . Only 2500$ The owner sais that myspace is not interested in the .pl domain so he would sell it cheap . Wierd stuff going on online .. Poeple any good domain you feel its worth registering , and of course the registrar lets you legally register , get it !!!
Um....because you are infringing on their TM Man, that's an absolute bargain, it's like taking money out of the owner's pocket. Why didn't you buy it at such a ridiculously cheap price? I'm sure he/she did, so he/she could dump the domain to hopefully avoid a TM lawsuit, if Myspace decided to take action.

As stated many guys that this will be trademark issue but what about the domain names like Orkutrick,orkutguru,orkutnow Why Google leave them ?
