Moneybookers ID means your Email Id through which you login at your moneybookers account. In both paypal and MB your Email Id is your ID through which they send you payment. You can withdraw from both paypal and MB to Indian bank account. But for that first you need to open account with them (paypal or MB).

Moneybookers is a brilliant choice. As far as I know the only limitation for users from India is that they cannot withdraw money directly to the bank account. Instead, each time you need cash, you have to request cheque, which costs Eur3.50.

You will be able to spend money online using Moneybookers. That's for sure. Many online shops start to use Moneybookers and for a list of auction sites currently supporting this system, go to http://www.moneybookers.com/app/help.pl?s=auction

You are wrong there tankard. Indian MB users can also withdraw funds to their indian bank account from their MB account. I have already withdraw funds 2-3 times in past to my indian bank account sucessfully.
