I suggest shave the rest off, you'll look fine anyway, I had alopecia once, it's a bald spot commonly caused by stress... In a year I get one to three bald spots at a time from alopecia... But hey, if you really want a solution for your problem, there is actually a hari implantation procedure that could be done, my uncle has a receding hairline, he hates looking at it day by day receding, so he managed to get some tea tree oil to strengthen his hair, and the areas where there are on hairs at all, he had them implanted...
Just try this one step of shaving your head completely.Yes,I said shave your head completely. Then wait patiently for your new hairs to come. One would never like to loose his or her lovely hair, specially if you love watching your self in the mirror. But if you want to get cured, you must learn to sacrifice.

wear a cap at all times, brush/comb your hair only on alternate days, wash with water only, use shampoo only once a week. (you'll smell a little - you win some, you lose some)
No, I don't have a 'hair fall' problem, since I'm only 16 years old and haven't been going through chemotherapy
Boil mustard oil with henna and apply on hair. I'm not sure if it will cure you, but it sure is good for the hair.
Heres a quick fact for early onset baldness, or bald spots caused by alopecia. Try catching a fly and rub it on the bald area, 3 times a day, it would hel it grow quicker... I dont know why but it worked 100% of the time, this was taught to me by my father...
My hair problem is it keeps growing and grow will not stop. I get tired of getting a hair cut. Cheers
