Well, yes.. I usually feel sleepy after lunch.. If I don't I feel really sleep when I'm at school in the later afternoon.. I think I am used to sleeping during that time of day.. There's nothing wrong with that I guess..
Oh.. really. yes.. After the lunch our digestion system consumes more energy to digest the food. probably this is the reason why we felt a little bit sleepy after lunch.. Usually i don't have the time to sleep after lunch.. but whenever i got a chance to sleep.. yea. I used to sleep .. By the way i love sleeping..
