no, i just look at the link under the ad, and go from their. I even do that on Google search with the featured links.
Having advertising on my websites has not kept me from responding to ads on other people's websites. Clicking on an ad can lead me to new information or a product/service I want. (There is not always good content following an ad, though, but that is the advertiser's responsibility, not the website publisher's.) Yes, I click on other's ads, not as a reward, but as a quest for what the ad is promising.

Nope! I don't even see them. AdBlock to the rescue! Seriously, I'm not going to defraud some advertiser (into thinking I have any interest in their product) just because a person has a web site and wants money. There's never been anything on the other side of an ad that interests me, so I don't click them - just like any other link, same rules apply. When I do want to buy something, I'll find it myself.
