I don't believe it. The first sight love I feel is attraction, not love. Honestly if you think of it, how can you love someone you don't know? You just met them, don't even know their name and you're saying you love them? That sounds more like attraction or lust, not love. I've never seen it work in real life and of course I exclude romance movies. Everyone I know that did that had a rude awakening and saw that they weren't really in love. This is just my opinion. If it worked for another then congrats to them.
nope...you don't love someone because of their appearance but because of their personality. And for that you need to know the person first...which takes time.

Yes it is just attraction if you have spent some time with her and you are feeling lonely when she is not with you and if you are missing her in crowd and feeling lonely then it is called love.
