Do Traffic Exchange owners Really make BIG Money?

I keep reading all over the Internet that if you set up a Traffic Exchange as your own business that is where you will make money.

But i also have read that Traffic Exchange Traffic is over all poor quality Traffic. Most people do NOT recommend this type of advertising.

So the overall theme to this is owning a Traffic Exchange can be profitable but advertisng in one is a bad idea.

I have read that a small page without many words and to the point is the most effective. A simple page and quality.

Any thoughts?

Simple and right to the point pages always win. Traffic exchange really works if you know how to select the webs you are going receive the traffic. If you're wisely to select the websites, yes, is profitable. If not, as you said, it will be low quality traffic and of course would not generate money at all.

 

I don't think traffic exchange owners make lot money.

 

Traffic exchange sites has one of the worst returns for efforts. Don't recommend this system.

 

If your product had a big name, then it will have traffic from big name sites. Otherwise, no big name site will exchange traffic with you. Thus the traffic is poor. So dont waste you time on that.

 

To be honest with you, they don't make much money. Maybe couple of hundred dollars a month and sometimes not even that.
