Do they ever respond to question

    I wonder do they ever respond to anyone's question? I sent them two e-mails about my account and no reply or what so ever....

    it has been 2 weeks since the first time I asked them a question.. I just asked them the same question last week..and still no reply..

    I have also had troubles with my account (lost password, and can't retrieve it with the tool). I have sent them three emails (using the contact form) so far, no answer...and between every email I have waited about two weeks. :confused:

    Only emails I get from them are their newsletters.

    It depends on the department I found. I have sent three one was responded within 24 hours, and the other two within 48 hours.
