Hey friends, DO posting on twitter linkedine yahoo buzz google buzz counts for a backlink and our backlinks for a website increases or not just as posting in seo chat forums increases number of backlinks.
i don't think so that they count a backlink cuz if they start counting those then omg ... haha everyone is in top of google ... they take them as a link only from where visitor's visit your website nothing else
i guess you are talking that it just brings traffic and no count for backlinks.If yes then sugget some activities for increasing my backlinks number, following Ive started, pl tell me if Im missing something. hi Jameswebsmith I'm just taking about the posts in twitter and similar website .. or other links which are in rest of the sites are counted as backlines ... i don't think so that they count a link in twitter as a backlink ...
Posting to get backliks from those site are worthless as they provide us only nofollow backlinks. So, you need to find forum, or other site with that provide dofollow is the most benefit of your time and energy.
These social websites have no follow relation for links. They can drive more and more traffic to your website as they have millions of users.
No they do not, like Alfred Thomson said, they're a great way to drive traffic to your website, but they use the nofollow tag, which means, they will not count for backlinks. The searchstatus addon for firefox is a great plugin for determining which sites use NoFollow tags and which sites do not.
