Do these type of domains have any value?

    I have a few domain names which have large search volumes for the words within the domains say 400k a month on the exact search when i look at the names in the adwords keyword tool - do these kind of domains have any value or use?

    For example say I type in rent flats as seperate words in the keyword adwords tool and it shows 500k a month searching for this does this mean the the rentflats.co.uk has value even though the words are together and not seperated - hope this makes sense!

    Your example of rentflats I would say yes there is value if those are searched keywords.

    Yes these types of domains have value but bot much. If google PR is high than u can get the price of ur wish.......

    but in my thinking domain name has not value, the value of its keywords through the domains has been populated, and if domain name is short/meaningful then its good for searching and if near the keywords then its good, but actual value of its keywords. i agree with "mrpaisa" that if google PR is high than u can get the price of ur wish...

    What you mean by value? Are you referring to the value to get good rank in SEs? of course the kw appear in domain name brings the value to SEO but it has to be with good quality of content and good backlink to your site.

    Yes, it has good value on SERP. Search engines like keywords or keyword phrases in domain names, specially Google loves it. Although just buying keyword rich domain doesn't make you anything, but if you can create good content then your keyword rich domains can boost ur ranking. 400 monthly searches is worth for doing so.
