Do these links have any value ?

    I have aquired some con texual links which were advertised as PR3 and above.

    I have been checking them and find that the pages that some of these links apear on pages that have no PR value.

    When I queried this I have been told that the front page is PR3 and that I should be happy.

    Do these links have any value and what would it be ??

    Every backlink has some value even if it's a nofollow, although it may be so insignificant, you'd need thousands of them to see any positive (or negative) results on your web page.

    Not all links have PR value though, such as nofollow's, N/A PR and PR0 links.

    If the site is relevant to yours then it has value. If its not then most likely it was a waste of money.
