    Ebay is copyright and a very mainstream entity. Not many people who create a site about ebay avoid getting cease and desist legal notices.

    You can copy all ebay related articles searching for
    site:www.ezinearticles.com ebay inurl:ebay and use it w/o any legal consequences.
    Adsense will follow the "scent" of your pages, usually the products ebay users sell/give/exchange...
