    On my opinion it helps as much as any site you have your link. I would say it helps more in giving you more traffic than PR...

    Yeah it does flow some link juice but is not that effective due to several links in place and sometimes it might also carry no link juice at all because your backlinks are from the same root domain ip address.

    very little if at all. Basically we can get back links and traffic by DP forum, but I am not much sure about PR. It hardly help to increase PR.
