I bought a text-link-ads ages ago but it didn't get any results as the link was at the bottom of the page. How much visits have you got from text-link-ads?

    P.S

Last time i purchased an ad from text-link-ads.com they sent me a letter(not email, but Snail mail to my mailbox at my house) telling me they thank me for using them or something. If I buy another link, are they going to snail mail me again?

Some free text link sites are better than some paid sites.

You might try cheap paid per click search engines or links. Examples would be clicksor for paid per click and adengage might be better than text links.

I receive about 10-12 clicks per day on a site that is a pagerank 6 and alexa top 3,000 site. However, Im also hoping it will: 1) increase my pagerank as well and 2) increase my search engine visibility. The link costs $200/month

My experiance with text ads is that sometimes they do very well, and other times not so well. If they are inexpensive I'd still use them.

For $200 a month, I would want to see some almost immediate impact.

Yeah this varies a lot from site to site...high profile sites where you would probably get some clicks and decent traffic are probably not worth the high price paid

Maybe their new post level ads in really popular posts will drive decent traffic for their cheaper price
