Do syndicated news feeds help with SEO?

I run an entertainment new site called Valley411.com and have a few pages with syndicated new, like movie reviews, sports betting odds and stuff like that. Cannot post the URL yet because I am new but valley411 .com/index.php?n=16&id=46

Do these syndications help at all with SEO? If so, to what extent? I know Yahoo likes unique content, so it must not be that good foor Yahoo indexing.

    Thanks,

    GR

Syndicated news feeds can help your website appear 'fresh' and regularly updated to the search engines.

Your parameters are just fine, so don't worry about them. Google have officially stated that they can handle parameters with no problems (though they prefer a small number at a time, and no session IDs).

Yes, absolutelly! I used free version of CaRP to run RSS feeds on my html pages. Very simple to incorporate. This brought my site few pages up in Google and its bots are revisiting my site weekly.
