Do submitting in premium paid directories like yahoo, still make sense?

I was wondering if submitting a site in premium paid directories like yahoo, still make sense?

 

Premium catalogs still have strength. The fact is the power which can be convinced only by doing your own tests. Sometimes you really want to invest in adding to this directory. They are well cared for and represent a decent level.

I think it makes sence, since you invest alot to be in an acceptet and well known directory

 

If it is giving you traffic then you must go for it, it would help of course.

 

It is better you used premium directory, I have been summited in yahoo , it is ok and right

 

I meant from SEO point of view. From the likes it seems that Google will not give much weight-age to sites for listing in directories.

 

They might help slightly but they are over-priced for the SEO value they hold.

 

I think the real benefit is in authority of paid website like Yahoo.
