Do subdomains of an existing domain start in the sandbox?
If I have a blogger blog will it start in the sandbox?

I would also be interested to know more about it. Anybody has any experience with it?

    Hi shabda,
    Its not true.
I am having a site, for which we had to make a subdomain.
After few weeks the subdomain started coming in SRPS.
It was on 9th page but was not sandboxed. :)
    !!! Enjoy !!!

Before Jan. 2005 subdomains have not not sandboxed, I milked Google all 2004. Since then an additional sandbox filter has been applied which even puts new subdomains of "unsandboxed domains" into the sandbox. So yes, subdomains are 100% sandboxed.

There is no such things as sandbox. It is a matter of site aging over time no matter domain or subdomain....and that is good.

iatbm: if you don't believe there is a sandbox, then why do you read the sandbox forums ;)
