    Hello,
    You can chose to do either, or both.

    I need some people to upload a video. I have already uploaded it myself but I want as many added as possible.
    For this you get $5 and for each subscriber to your videos you get $0.02

    the next thing I want is:

    I want comments on one of my videos.
    For each comment you make you get $0.10.
