do SMF threads get indexed?

    hello, I was looking at Simple Machines Forums and I was just wondering if the threads will be indexed and show up on Google if I use SMF.

    Most of the searches that I do show vBulletin threads, so... im just wondering

    Sure they get indexes :D
    Almost anything that comes in SEs way is indexed, exept you tell them not to do.

    because I searched an exact phrase from a SMF-powered thread topic that was posted like a month ago, and it did not show up in google.

    can anyone else confirm this.

    They do get indexed, but if your running version 1.07 or less you can install the smfseo.org mod which will help you no end!

    They are due to release a version for 1.1rc soon.

    Around 1.3k indexed smf pages for me in google, so yeah they do get indexed :D
