    They will continue to count too. As discussed in this thread, Forums can provide some of the most valuable, accurate and timely info on the net. Devaluing them would be a step in the wrong direction.

    From what I've heard...a link can never do 'harm' unless you're link farming.

    I wouldn't worry about a wrestler link from an SEO forum.

    personally i really do think forum links do count. I did a test on my friend's website and its seems most of his links are on computer forum. out of 16 back links he has 10 links to forum signture msg on different forums and his PR is like 5!

    Then again extra link can't harm. But i think link on a post wieghts more then link in your signture. Just a though any comments?

    You should read it from end to end from an SEO point of view but the posting results throughout show the value of forim links and we are not talking 10s here but 1000s :)

    They definatly count. I only link to www.wrestling-connection.com from forums (95% from SEO based pagges) with the anchor text Wrestling Directory and it comes up #6 in google- without the word directory in the page.
