    Advertising (learn more)

Advertise virtually anything here, with CPM banner ads, CPM email ads and CPC contextual links. You can target relevant areas of the site and show ads based on geographical location of the user if you wish.

Starts at just $1 per CPM or $0.10 per CPC.

Do search clicks pay the same as ads.

Ok, so if you made all your friends have that search as their homepage, they can use it in the same way i.e they can click on the result which suits them best.

If you make your friends do that, it's spam and fraud.

If they do that naturally it's fine.

    0.0000 lol yay!
On a more serious note, if I want customers to use my search it would help if i had Google API, can I use the non-commercial one and still recieve clicks on adsense?

Why would you use the API and then regular AdSense next to it when yuo can have both bolted into one with AdSense search already?

Just think of it this way... People will use the Google/Yahoo or whatever toolbar or homepage to search. You can add a search bar to your site for convenience and marginal revenue but just forget about making an awful lot of money from it.

Focus on AdSense normal ads and Affialiate link to make some real £££.
