Do Referral Program Links Help PR?

Not sure if anyone really knows the answer to this but I'm curious to hear your thoughts.

I have a site with a referral program where my users get commissions for referring new members. Each user gets a unique referral link like:

    http://MYWEBSITE.COM/index.php?refer=USERNAME

My question is, if I have hundreds of users each with links pointing to index.php but with different refer=USERNAME's will this boost my PR for the main index.php page by itself or will each link count only towards the unique refer=USERNAME ? Or will Google just ignore these links altogether?

I guess, link will increase PR of the page, where all referral links point.

Those referral links are usually placed in forum posts. It depends on PR of the page with such a post, what PR juice will referral link bring to you. I guess, you'll know after the next PR update.
