Im just wondering, are you scared of proxy users? I am trying to make this simple but its not easy to ask my question. Basically all im asking is do proxies effect your site in a bad way? Would you rather have no proxies on your site? edit: sorry if this is a dumb question
If you run a Legal site and plan to have a proxy site along with it, then it is a bad idea. A proxy site takes lots of resources which only a few servers allow you to go to that limit. Before you even know that what has went wrong, servers kick of the sites which use up the aloted CPU usage. If you are running a warez site, it would be a good idea to have it as it will bring you visitors who are more of diverted to the bad side of internet and hence will help you run the site.
