Do programs that make 100's of keyword opt web pages work?

    There are alot of programs that claim to be able to get your ranking increased on some key words you use by creating 100 - 1000's of web pages each optimized for your keyword.

    Question, do these work at all?

    Most times they don't. Waste of money if you ask me.... And, hey its machine generated..they won't make sense to the normal readers (most times)...so it's the normal people doing something on the site right? not the SE's...
