Do pingbacks actually work? Do you use them?

    I've recently got interested in the pingbacks function of my blog. I can't really find any blogs that would accept pingbacks, so I was wondering whether this method was a popular thing among bloggers? Do any of you guys use it?
    Also, could anyone recommend any good tech blogs that have pingbacks enabled?

    I don't ping to other blogs nor allow pingbacks/trackbacks in my comments. I do not find them very useful.

    ah trackbacks are mostly used by spammers.Be sure to install askimet.
