Do physical products convert better than digital products?

I read in an ebook that physical products convert much better than digital products. I was thinking of putting up a website concentrating solely on clickbank but after reading this I am now considering including Amazon as well.

But I wanted to just confirm this advice? Do physical products really convert better?

Digital products however will pay a higher commision and you will need to wait until the refund period lapses on physical products before you receive your commission check.

    regards

I have been selling products on Amazon for awhile aka physical videos. They do very well. I can't see cb products selling well on Amazon at all. Real digital books, yes.

It's been my experience too - selling physical products is easier. I'm not sure why. Perhaps the higher perceived value. So, yes, go for Amazon rather than CB.

People do prefer to receive physical products over digital. The advantage of digital products is the instant delivery. But it is more important to have customer satisfaction, and this is easier to achieve with a physical product.

With physical products, people know they really get some value, something that does what they want it to do, something they find reviews about.

Digital products, especially ebooks, have one problem: Most are just recycled old stuff, barely keeping the high promises from the sales letter. People buy one or two, then they find out it's a ripoff and never buy an ebook again. In my personal opinion, 99% of all ebooks aren't even worth the time it takes to read them if they'd be free.
